Once they fax us their completed application form we contact you and your customer to authorize the purchase. This only takes minutes and we issue payment directly to you within 2 business days.
2. How does Petcard benefit my practice? Petcard allows you to offer the solution of affordable, low monthly payments, taking the 'sticker shock' off the cost of the treatment. You can increase your business by providing a payment option to those clients who need assistance.
3. How much paperwork is required by the service provider? The only paperwork you need to fax us is an authorization form for each transaction signed by your customer. That's all!
4. What is the minimum amount my clients can borrow? There is no minimum.
5. How long does an approval take? Petcard is open 7 days a week to give immediate attention to all applications. If you have an urgent situation where an answer is needed in order for treatment to proceed, simply indicate the rush on the application and Petcard will contact you immediately.
6. When do you pay the service provider? Payment is issued within 2 business days following an authorization.
7. How will my clients know I am offering Petcard? Once you are registered, Petcard will send you brochures/applications complete with the display holder for you to offer customers in your waiting room or store.
